The president gave us a good history lesson and I appreciate his sadness, but if the Dems would end the filibuster they could handle this NOW. Telling us to just vote for more Dems in Nov is not enough. (NY AG Letitia James has the energy & conviction on this that's needed now).

UPDATE on my most favourite Corporate Dem talking points: 1) "But the Filibuster..." 2) "Our hands are tied" 3) "There´s nothing we can do" 4) "But Manchin / Sinema / The Parliamentarian" 5) "Republicans are to blame" 6) "Look what´s IN the bill, not out of it"

But they dont have the votes to end the filibuster. So they cant. Schumer has the power now to bring back the talking filibuster and make republicans hold the floor to block legislation and then could pass it with 50 votes when they stopped talking.

End the filibuster now. GOP take control of the House and Senate in Jan 2023. Kamala becomes Pres. finishing Biden's term & Democrats do not have the votes for a liberal new VP. Trump becomes the new Speaker of the House. Kamala breaks FDR's record of 4.4 vetoes on avg a month.

There’s 94 district courts, 13 circuit courts. If big donors can pack the Supreme Court with radical decisions that upend the law, we can justify one representative justice for every circuit. A baker’s dozen. Enough already.

Why can't Biden force Manchin and Sinema to do what he wants ... and if he can't ... he shouldn't be President!

You can’t end the filibuster right now and have it pass.

Third party is the way to go. Your ass in congress is less effective than trump out of office.
