Didn't a few Supreme Court justices perjure themselves before Congress when they testified that they considered Roe v. Wade "settled law?"

They could have changed their minds. Perjury is hard to prove.

People don't understand how the laws in the United States work and what the role of the Supreme Court is. It wouldn't have mattered if Roe v. Wade was codified. The Sumpreme court has the authority to overturn any law within the U.S.

Were they ever actually asked yes or no if they would overturn it? They did respond it was settled law. But did they say they would vote no? I can't remember. Worst SCOTUS of all time.

Do you think the 52 republicans in the Senate care?

At least 3 of the Supreme Court nominees perjured themselves when they testified Roe vs Wade was "settled law". Perjury under the oath means they should be charged and convicted.

WHAT??!? SOMEONE IN GOVERNMENT LIED??? Shredding the constitution should be a treasonous offence. Their logic is illogical. They should be impeached, and disbarred. And serve the rest of their lives as examples the worst appointments to the Supreme Court ever made.
