Didn't a few Supreme Court justices perjure themselves before Congress when they testified that they considered Roe v. Wade "settled law?"

Yes. They fully understood the implications of the line of questioning on Roe v. Wade. They repeatedly said they considered it “settled law”. They are smart enough to know what they were being asked and dishonest enough to provide false assurances. In other words: they lied.

It can’t be proven. They can always say that their thoughts and beliefs on the matter have evolved since then.

These facts could be possible grounds for impeachment hearings for each accused of perjury, lying under oath, during Congressional testimony. SC Justices can be impeached. Several investigations, at least, are probably warranted. But will hearings happened? Don't think so.
