Didn't a few Supreme Court justices perjure themselves before Congress when they testified that they considered Roe v. Wade "settled law?"

Not really. They said, “As a *judge*, I have to go with precedent…” that has nothing to do with how they’ll interpret the law as a justice.

the thing that gets me is they must have known they were perjuring themselves by voting this way… did they think they could just get away with it? that being apart of the highest court of the land makes them above the law?
