Didn't a few Supreme Court justices perjure themselves before Congress when they testified that they considered Roe v. Wade "settled law?"

No. It was at the time. It’s not anymore. Pretty simple

When have people in power ever been held accountable for their lies?

Quite a stretch. What makes you think you know law better than them?

It was settled law until.this case. (Was it planed, can't say.) They had to know it was a possibility. RBG did, while she supported abortion rights, she didn't believe Roe was decided correctly. Congress, however, has had 49 yrs to put laws in place, just in case. Big fail.

It is very clear that perjuring before Congress is legal for rightwing SCOTUS nominees. There is no rule of law without law enforcement.
