Raping young girls and forcing them to become mothers is what the Taliban does. It is barbaric and primitive. The religious right has just dragged our country down to the level of the Taliban.

Loved children with strong parents are less likely.
Who's refusing to protect children? It's more like why are children being shielded from being disciplined, why their records get expunged, and why do problematic children have their issues kicked down the road for someone else to deal with.
