Your description of a free society sounds very libertarian. Shame that you’re nowhere close to being one. Every tax and regulation are an infringement on your ability to use your resources how you see fit.

Every government tyranny of the last 120 years was performed in the name of the common good. This belief is what makes people vulnerable to oppression. We’ve been oppressed for so many generations that people don’t even see it anymore.
