Our political system as it now exists is institutionally resistant to the level of fundamental economic reform that would balance the playing field and give the working people of this country an equal opportunity for life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness. We have to fix that.

So how do you change that? The very people who benefit most from our system are those who shape it and shape the mindset of the American voter. They own the whole thing: politics, wealth, media. Nothing short of revolution will change it. And there isn’t the public will for that.

A non-violent political revolution, absolutely. The Abolitionists, Women Suffragettes, and Civil Rights workers didn’t just wring their hands and say it couldn’t be done. It was seemingly impossible but they made it happen anyway. So can we.

The answer Marianne is to expand the house to make it again represent the people. It will take a constituent/rep ratio of <100K/1. A minimum of 3K reps will make districts small and reps responsive to citizens. #uncapthehouse

Any possibility of running under the @GreenPartyUS next election to drive home the point how broken out two party system is?
