Nine unelected employees of we the people do not have the legal authority to overturn Roe v Wade. America is a democracy and if we the employers want to end Roe it will be done by will of popular vote. So by all means put it on the 2022 ballot and we'll decide what's best for us.

It is simple in that a legal standard cannot say life begins at one point for feticide and another point for abortion. The gender of the decision makers should not be the issue rather it should all be about the definition of standard for life which SCOTUS says is a state issue.
