Talked with a German cousin last night about how every citizen there gets full healthcare and free education through college or tech school. It’s just their normal. She said “ I don’t understand why people in America say ‘socialism’ like it’s an insult.”

No. German taxpayers are compelled to pay for full healthcare and education through college for all. Neither healthcare nor education is free.

Neither do I. My now deceased Mother always said that every Socialist country turned Communist. I could never get her to name one country that was true of. Or one Communist government.
