The crimes of the Nixon administration were almost small compared to those of the Trump administration. The main difference is that more people at that time actually cared if there were criminals in the White House.

They cared if the criminals were caught! Everyone lies, every party has corrupt members. What is different in the modern (since Reagan) GOP, is that they’ve trained their voters to outright ignore crimes of GOP politicians & imagine/project monstrous ones onto every Democrat.
