Absolutely. We simply warehouse people considered inconvenient to the system.

Many US corps. moved jobs into prisons, to be done by very cheap prison labor. This helps to enhance corporate profits. As the demand for cheap prison labor grows, so must the supply of prisoners.

Yours a nice person Marianne. I wouldn't want you living next door to any inconvenience. My guess, you don't. It was Democrats who said "we'll solve this, just give us your vote". I use to believe that, I dont anymore. Control matters more than solutions.
