The left has a lack of respect for the pain of other peoples tragedies. They use it for political clout while dismissing the fact that bills were submitted to help protect schools & improve background checks over the years, some even passed.

oh come on Marianne. You know better. Don't equate these two. One is a major policy / legislative hurdle. And the other is protecting a justice. I'm a democrat and I hate when dems smear the other side with the lowest hanging fruit.
