The officer in charge of the response to this incident (Uvalde police chief?) said that he believed the situation had gone from an active shooter to a barricaded subject. WHY!? Why did he believe this? Who told him this? Did we ever get answers to this question?

We have an overpaid under qualified cowardly police force that are incapable of crime prevention. The ironic reason for them eating up half of cities budgets are exactly why we have so much crime in the first place. #fundjobtrainingprograms #DefundThePolice
