It bugs me that a TX politician is trying to outlaw drag shows for minors. It’s not about whether or not children should watch the shows; it’s the dark suggestion that drag queens are doing something harmful to children to begin with. What’s shameful is the politician doing this.

Children can do and will one way or another watch porn on the internet. This is the time we live in. So i dont think a drag queen is going to do much harm.

They're explicitly teaching children to reject the gender binary and that happiness itself is boys dressing up as girls. Basically, take Bozo the Clown from 50 years ago and make him a cross-dressing transgender activist, intent on making as many kids transgender as they can.

Parents should be able to decide if a particular drag show is appropriate for children. This is authoritarianism. Some drag shows are put on especially for kids and is age appropriate.

Pretty sure that the vast majority of drag shows take place in 21 and over venues. Some do shows specifically toned down for kids. Does not need legislation when there are more pressing issues like school shootings and kid suicide, food insecurity,child trafficking and abuse.

Been following you a while. Donated to your campaign. Totally disagree with this. This is NOT OK. And it’s not about being intolerant. This movement is blurring all the lines and if you say a word your vilified. Drag queens perpetuate a lifestyle. You know this. We all do.

What bugs me is so many people in Texas, like your self thinks the show was appropriate for children. Especially with them stuffing dollars into one of the queens underwear.
