Marianne, It’s more than psychological- it’s embodied, and for us to truly do the work of “unraveling” and “repairing,” it’s going to feel like dying. Don’t sell it as a thought exercise. It’s much harder than that.

thank you marianne. i completely agree. change is the word. in the midst of the transformation we are all challenged. it's a keep the faith time and support each other as best we can. also a time of self care.
