Marianne appears to be under the mistaken impression that the US is diligently monitoring its proliferation of firearms to ensure they don't end up in the hands of "civilians"

What’s astonishing is that anyone wouldn’t recognize the difference between military use and civilian use.

Ridiculous comment. Civilians are fighting the war.

So in other words, there is no viable distinction to be made between "military" vs. "civilian" when the US floods its firearms into Ukraine. Maybe you could pursue this train of thought further.

Marianne spreading love by supporting the arming of civilians in Ukraine. Maybe write a book called “Nukes are an act of love”.

We are creating exactly what we created in the middle east. Sending mass amounts of weapons that end up in the hands of radicals. Creating rebels like ISIS 🤦‍♂️. But these rebels are white so it’s fine right?

Yes, Your beloved Ukraine has impressed civilians as old as sixty and sent them to die in a futile effort to keep 8 million ethnic Russians trapped under their rule.
O, Marianne! I love you but honey...
If you have a weapon and are taking part in combat you’re no longer a civilian according to the Geneva Convention.

Not a ridiculous comment at all. It’s ridiculous to think that weapons sent to the most corrupt country in Europe will help usher in peace.
