They’ve been talking about a red wave in the midterms for so long, but decision to repeal Roe v. Wade decision & Uvalde aftermath should change that. The people still need to rise up against fascism even when the party that should be doing so far more vigorously refuses to do so.

If there is a red wave in mid-term, that will be because Biden's did close to nothing for Americans. I really think a red wave would be catastrophic for the country but that would be the consequence of choosing Biden as president instead of Bernie.

Replying to @LauzonDenise
But faced without reality I still think our highest priority has to be avoiding the catastrophe.

Yes, our highest priority. But can we really vote our way out of catastrophe? Any evidence for this?

Catastrophe is here for anybody who is not wealthy like yourself.

So "vote blue no matter who" again...my freaking GOD...how many times are we going to keep doing the same stupid thing and expecting different results??? You cannot vote our fascism when the Dems stand by and encourage it by doing absolutely nothing. Vote 3rd party

More catastrophic than pushing us into a possible nuclear exchange? The Neocons new home is the Dem Party. I’m sorry but figuring out who will wreak more destruction seems like splitting hairs at this point.

Biden has been a catastrophe! It pains me to say this, but we were actually better off with Trump. I'm sure you've seen the long list of sh!t that has gotten worse, and this proxy war could mean the end of our species.

Millions are already facing a catastrophe. Families sleeping in cars, people dying from preventable diseases. Mass shootings. Like you may not be currently in that state of being, but millions of us are, you are being tone deaf, why aren't you able to see that!?

The same old bs. Voting for an organization that is as reponsible as any, if not more, of creating the present political and economical dead end to avoid a (probably very real at this point because well we applied your plan for decades) catastrophe is absurdity itself.

Uvalde was a catastrophe. How has it helped that dems are in charge?

So instead of encouraging people to support the Green party or help work to empower something new, you're just going to circle around to Vote Blue No Matter Who again, yeah? So predictable. So sad.

It keeps getting harder to make the case to vote blue, Marianne. You get to a tipping point where even the insiders no longer believe in the system and it collapses. Somewhere in there, we get a Viktor Orban or a Lukashenko type of autocracy.
