we have the patriot act and the spying nsa… they should be checking in on buyers of these weapons. both of the recent shooters would have been found to be high risk. that gets tricky and not well defined…. but this is a failure. i support ownership of these weapons but….
What about a shot gun that holds 8 shells? Or a hand gun with an extended magazine? Or a double sided axe? Or a cross bow with multiple bolts? Where would you like to draw the line?
