If the USA use a fraction of fiat money being handed out to a few to give all a minimum safety net as in the few civilized nations, then mass shooting will stop along with poverty, homelessness, hopelessness & stress that the victims feel & cause them to commit crime
Nobody “needs” a car that can go faster than the speed limit but I have one. Nobody “needs” a 6,000 sq ft house but I have one. Nobody “needs” large muscular arms but I have two. My arms are strong enough to crush a human skull… are my arms “Assault” arms?

Oligarchs have their own security forces and when public law enforcement no longer protect the most vulnerable, individual citizens need weapons equal to law enforcement.
