Very complex issue, danger (if I may), but this guy is right. An example, if insurance co. made this to fit their needs, why can’t government better laws at purchasing guns. We’ve had enough occurrences already! Age is not the only issue, but as we see, it sure is one!

He conveniently left out the rest of the 2nd Amendment, "...the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed." I would expect the Marine Corps to test its members at least once a year. Marines, afterall, are required to kill enemies when in combat.
