There are members of our SCOTUS who were placed there for the specific purpose of making a corrupt corporatist system even more entrenched. They are not there to protect our democracy but to defend the system against it.

We do not live in a democracy, and you wouldn’t want to. We live in a republic. The SC is susceptible to political tides, that is true, but just bc you don’t like it doesn’t mean it isn’t working, or isn’t protecting the Constitution.

Tribalistic babble. It is unfairly unbalance due to dishonest and vile tactics though. The system is sound. The actors within it are flawed. Despite that, it's the best in the world.
