Nothing angers certain people more than suggesting we should love. Love is considered blasphemous by the shadow mind because it is the light that dissolves the darkness. The darkness seeks to preserve itself by projecting onto love a lack of intelligence, sophistication & skill.

Love is not a duty. Like Eckhart Tolle and all spirituality say, love is an emanation of consciousness towards itself, even when in different forms (bodies, minds). If we do not know ourselves as unconditioned, eternal consciousness, love is impossible, or an egoic attachment.
