They are also a population of 98.1% Japaneese people. No other countries connect directly to them (who contain cartels who deal In drugs, weapons and people). Sounds like people should move to Japan.
Japan is like 99% ethnically homogenous. No multiculturalism to tear the country apart at it's seams. Don't just look at shootings. Look at violent crime as a whole. Japan has almost none. America has TONS, even without guns.
