What kind of society have we created that so many people are more eager to protect the right to own a military style assault weapon than to do everything possible to protect the life of a child? America’s collective gun fetish IS a mental health issue.

What kind of society are we that some peoples response to criminal acts is to punish the people who didn’t do it? 🤔

Because we can't care about others when we must compete to earn a living. The intelligent thing to do would be to first provide everything they need to be healthy, happy contributors to society. Then we can talk about systems of control.

The majority want gun control, and a whole lot more, the reason we don't have it is because we live in a system of minority rule, a Plutocracy. The solution being real true Democracy. #DirectDemocracy #GiftEconomy

"What kind of society have we created?" We didnt. We were born into a dangerous, exploitive, volatile system, and taking away people's means of self defense isnt ever going to be popular.
