A common characteristic of all advanced mammalian species that survive & thrive is the fierce behavior of the adult female when she senses a threat to her cubs. Women not rising up now in massive numbers to protect our children would be a sign that we have given up on everything.

I’m already channeling super-human strength to continue to protect my cubs all while educating/parenting/surviving/working in the pandemic which continues to slam those of us with young ones under 5. Don’t assume we have given up. We are beyond exhausted, yet still show up.
