And we need enforcement of gun laws. In Aurora IL 2019 there was a mass shooting by a felon who had received a letter from the State Police to turn in his guns because he wasn’t allowed to have them. No attempt to confiscate them. Just a letter. nytimes.com/2019/02/16/us/au…
