Sue NRA for promoting, encouraging, aiding, abetting, funding & lobbying for the use & sale of guns and consequential killings & sue USA and SCOTUS for unconstitutional harm to citizens under the 2nd amendment. The 2nd Amendment is unconstitutional for promoting violence & death.

Mass murders, suicides, drug use (legal and illegal), crime, narcissism... need I go on? Yes, the US does have a serious mental health issue and it has its roots in Neo-Liberal Capitalism. You solve the inequality and brainwashing problem and people will not need guns.
