Sue them all. The question is who in Washington has what it needs to enact legislation to eliminate guns once and for all? We are at the will of power, money and guns. This needs to change in America.

Sue NRA for promoting, encouraging, aiding, abetting, funding & lobbying for the use & sale of guns and consequential killings & sue USA and SCOTUS for unconstitutional harm to citizens under the 2nd amendment. The 2nd Amendment is unconstitutional for promoting violence & death.

the NRA had nothing to do with a mentally ill person who belongs in a mental institution. The health care system has more to do with this. If people had more access to health care and mental health care then things like this might not happen as often.
