The number now is at 18 children and three adults. Biden in his speech tonight needs to offer *way* more than thoughts and prayers; he needs to propose serious gun safety legislation and push the 51 vote majority to pass it.

Biden wouldn't do this if his life depended on it.

I don’t like that they include the shooter in the death count totals.

19 now and no word on how many are still in hospital in critical condition! Whatever gun he used mutilated the children!
When asked about addressing gun control, @TonyGonzales4TX, who represents the district where the Uvalde school shooting happened, says his community needs “love” instead: “I’m happy to debate policy — not today.”

I just can’t anymore. This is heartbreaking. We are all sitting ducks. I am seriously thinking of leaving this country. It sucks

The shooter did not break the law. In Texas you can legally buy an assault weapon at age 18. Biden can talk all day but if politics play in the decision of gun control which it usually does. He is just blowing hot air!!!!

There are two Republicans in the Democratic ranks in the senate, gun control legislation won't be pressed.
