As long as short term corporate profits – whether for gun manufacturers, insurance companies, Big Oil, defense contractors or any others - takes precedence over the safety and well-being of our people and planet, this nation will continue its precipitous decline.

Pitting the Insurance Industry against the Firearms Industry seems the most efficient way to achieve the fastest most complete objectives. Gun ownership requires insurance, just like a car. $$.

Politicians probably get most of their campaign donations from the people. But, they don’t get one big check like they do from corporate donations. We can’t get private audience with them to emphasize what we expect, people donate on campaign promises & trust.

I can think of no country that is more need of non-violent revolution than the US, but I can also think of no country that is less capable now of it happening. JFK's statement about revolution will I suspect be realized, but not where he would have thought.

The decline is about mental illness ... not gun rights. The Dems will pull a misdirection to sway sentiment to their narrative. But they will, once again, miss a teachable moment. We need to better identify mental illness.
