Defenitly it is. The cuban goverment is the most corrupt in the world, a bunch of liars &hypocrits manipulating people like you to believe them. Go and live in Cuba as a cuban without dollars to see how it goes. Maybe capitalism its not the anwser but comunism certainly isnt.
