Everything from traditional Dems to the CDC to the CBC protect incumbents as though it’s always justifiable, putting perpetuation of the system before any efforts to regreen it.

It's like a jobs program, like they don't want these particular people to go without income. Rahm Emmanuel is probably the most egregious example of like "why is it tragic for all of you if this one guy has to revise his resume"
