Hitler was democratically elected and wildly popular too. Many are attracted to the autocratic strongman. We have seen that here as well.

A dictator is one who rules with absolute power, and creates law by fiat. I’m curious with whom you feel we’ve seen that here? A dictator is not “anyone I don’t like”, and “everyone I disagree with” should not be compared to Hitler. I assume you could do better.
