As someone who went through a nasty divorce as a teen.. I understand this succinctly.

GOP is the cruel bad dad. Dems are the neglectful mom who enables him.

The truth is that young people today face a bleak future & they have to do something about it or end up with wasted lives. If you are not willing to rebel then the system will roll over you. The Vietnam War wised up the baby boomers, what will wise up young people today?

Then there's the sister that did too many hallucinagens and has ended up more than a little bit off.
