The average rent in the US hit a new record high of $1,827 last month. On the federal minimum wage of $7.25 people take home $1256 a month. People aren't exaggerating when they say it's becoming unlivable here.

my landlord just raised by rent to the avg rent ($1827) because he could. Because we live in a country where you are supposed to feel embarrassed if you had the opportunity to exploit someone and you let it slip past.

As if the 100s of erected Bidenstans, aka unhoused shanty towns lining streets of cities big & small, populated by hundreds of thousands of now indigent people and families unable to afford the American Dream turned Nightmare wasn't right in front of their noses. They don't care.

How much worse it would be if we didn't have job creators creating jobs for us, we should do more to show our gratitude for their selfless devotion to the common good. I have some rather tasty ideas in my new cookbook, Serving the Rich. In stores now.

My SS check went up about $40 a month, my Medicare C /B went up $6, my rent went up $230, gas………….., car insurance……….
