Both parties agree with this, or they would've fought harder. Both parties continue to fail the most vulnerable in this country. It doesn't personally affect them, so they don't care.

I checked the transcript. He never said that. You're putting words in his mouth. He simply pointed out the obvious: the gov't doesn't make ANY product. All it can do is facilitate production & ensure it's safe. All true.
