I agree . They should also look into doing other stuff with student loans. Like making the terms indefinite. So that people could still pay them back and get some tax write off. That way the loan institution would still get their money at some point.

I'm in a wheelchair and I have cerebral palsy. I have been taking care of by many doctors throughout my life. I think doctor should be able to write their student loan interest off on their taxes regardless of their income.

I don't want to saddle people with debt. Rather, I'm saying these things because people have a hard time establishing a credit rating if they don't have anything to pay on. A student loan is a good form of identification, and place to start a payment history.
