Per a report I saw online today, this US formula shortage was greatly exacerbated by Mr. Trump's re-writing of US-Canada trade agreements, forcing Canada to stop exporting any dairy products to the USA. Perhaps Mr. Biden could rewrite that treaty to what it was in 2016.
