It's not that aggressive. Companies that violate the law need to be fined on a logrithmic scale. One offense is a slap, next offense is 5x the previous fine, next offense is 5x the previous fine, next offense is 5x the previous fine. 1.5.25.125.625 ect. Make it millions.
