If the rich saw how the poor live in America, there would be more compassion. If the poor saw how the rich live in America, there would be more rage.

I like the idea that the rich might gain some compassion, however the reality is they believe they "deserve" what they have and the poor "deserve" what they have. Most of those people live in a state of denial and apathy. I know because I know a lot of those people.

Gonna go watch old episodes of Cribs.
The rich do see the poor, they do see. And the poor are enraged already.

Wrong. Again. Oligarchs are perfectly aware of poverty in America. They choose not to do anything about it because they care about two things: greed and annexing as much power as possible.

Well no, they have been conditioned to admire this. Don't you remember the TV program The lifestyle of the rich and famous? People are watching these stupid shows like the Kardashians and whatnot and just admire their lifestyles probably thinking if only they could...

What an elitist view on the subject. Somehow all of our problems could be solved if the rich were just ‘more compassionate’. The poor haven’t taken power because of the constant exposure to capitalist propaganda, the same propaganda narratives you’re furthering.

We should revolt honestly. It is more than justified at this point.
