If the rich saw how the poor live in America, there would be more compassion. If the poor saw how the rich live in America, there would be more rage.

News flash: both see how the other side lives on a daily basis in every single major city in the USA. The rich don’t get rich because they are compassionate. They literally don’t care. And the poor, yes, there is rage, but it’s often a frustrated rage, a feeling of powerlessness.

Here’s something that opened my eyes - and I’m not rich. I know nobody will read this but if you do I hope it triggers some emotion. nancyglowinski.com/ill-never…
The rich saw how the poor live in America and we got 8 seasons of Undercover Boss.

Here's the problem with this tweet... this statement isn't based in any sort of reality. Where is your proof of this happening in the past? Do you have sources? Do you have anything to back this up?

To accumulate enough wealth that you could single-handedly end homelessness or hunger in this country and don't takes a certain form of sociopathy. I don't think some reverse Undercover Boss situation is going to move them much.

You know, there’s more to life than just money.

The rich know damn well how the poor live and they don’t care. That is why they are rich.

I love you to pieces but you're wrong. The rich are worried that the slaves aren't running fast enough.

Please do better than these cartoon stereotypes. The fantasy that “rich” = no empathy/awareness, & “poor” = dumb but enraged over other people’s $ when enlightened, is judgmental. Maybe consider why you use sweeping generalizations to talk about real people.
