Nah everyone knows already. The rich are fully aware of how things are and the poor/middle class and to scared and weak to do anything about it. Much like in India where masses of shanty homes are overshadowed by +billion dollar high rise home and everyone accepts it.

The rich do not care how the poor live and never have. That’s why we have had centuries of economic stratification. If anything they think they deserve it, just as they really believe they deserve to be rich.
