A corporatist agenda has so infused itself into our system of government - from Congress to the White House to SCOTUS - that a nonviolent intervention by the American people is legitimate and necessary. It’s not “asking for too much too fast” to say to an abuser “Stop hitting me”

A great part of the American people supports the corporatist agenda one hundred percent. That's the problem. It's misleading to suggest the problem is one between democratic government and the American people. The people, the voters, just don't agree on what is good or bad.

A majority of people do not support that agenda. Currently, due to various forms of voter manipulation, a minority opinion in the United States dominates public policy.

You get what you vote for. Same people every few years say nice words.

Does that sentiment apply to Jan. 6 defendants?

It has been and is currently my personal experience that the more pain and abuse I endure while still maintaining a positive attitude by my own freely choosing to do so each day is not of no value. Maybe if it’s even just the experience of it, but day by it makes me stronger

By all means necessary. If your abuser won't stop hitting you, you hit back.
