I remember trains being pretty expensive there, rivaling planes in the US. They are excellent and always on time. Their bike infrastructure is amazing! They ride year round on snowpack roads near the artic circle. There's often trails on rural roads. Busses go everywhere too

Please don’t shame us by comparing us to much smaller countries. The US is too populous, to large (land mass), with too many different climates, and too diverse, to ever work that way. You’ll never get 330 million people to agree on a single system. We must decentralize!
