All abortions end with a baby being killed. This is the “spirituality” of the New Age.

A wonderful story and a great idea!

They are innocent babies, mostly black, that we as a society are slaughtering en masse. I understand that you are given to racism, Marianne, saying Shontel is not a “genuine sister” etc. so I wouldn’t expect you to care about the genocide taking place here at home

I still can't get over what a good job you did with this. When you are in your strength, when you are in your spiritual taproot, I find you to be one of the most inspiring and wise people I've ever encountered. I wish I could hold you in amber this way but I know I can't. ❤

Please let me tell you how affirming I find it that someone from your background would acknowledge that seeking an abortion, for whatever reason, is a deeply moral choice. I have written about this at length in my journals and on my Facebook page. It matters.

The thing that bothers me so much about anti-abortion laws is that they say women are incapable of deeply moral thinking. That we cannot make fully adult, consequential decisions. Men in medicine, police departments and the military make them all the time. We are no different

Getting an abortion is definitively making a decision to end a human life. There is no getting around that. Men in power make these decisions every day. Nobody questions their morality when they do so. Only women are not allowed to exercise power in this way.

We discussed a proposal yesterday with @kthalps to change the Court’s decision before it’s formalized by enacting interstate boycotts that would activate if the Court proceeds. Threatening capital can force a response even when institutions ignore democratic mobilization.
This is really good! I'm talking with Shahid Buttar @ShahidForChange and @RebeccaforWA about How Democrats Betrayed Roe with Rebecca Parson & Shahid Buttar on The Katie Halper Show. Join us live now! callin.com/link/umaLidBHGq

A rip in energy because they might not be able to end a pregnancy? That sounds evil. Evil

That's the thing about civil rights debates, the majority get to sit around and decide if you're fully human or not.
