At no point in President Obama's 2 terms did the Democrats ever have 60+ senate seats. But lying about it is much easier than doing some simple research to realize this.
Barack Obama had a super majority, could have called for the codification of reproductive rights but it said “it wasn’t a legislative priority.” For God’s sake, it isn’t @SusanSarandon’s fault.

In the November 2008 elections, the Democratic Party increased its majorities in both chambers (including - when factoring in the two Democratic caucusing independents - a brief filibuster-proof 60-40 supermajority in the Senate).

Marianne, a super majority in the senate is 67 seats not 60 seats.

Obama did NOT have anywhere near 60 votes to codify Roe. Look back to ACA negotiations; had to add abortion-restrictive language to get ACA passed. You either know this or you should. #DoBetter
During that “brief filibuster proof super majority” period of 72 days, you expected the codification of abortion rights...along with police reform, immigration reform, financial reform, universal healthcare, LBGTQ rights, $15 minimum wage, free college, climate change....
