Barack Obama had a super majority, could have called for the codification of reproductive rights but it said “it wasn’t a legislative priority.” For God’s sake, it isn’t @SusanSarandon’s fault.

Susan knew that Trump would be a disaster and cause misery for millions of people but thought it was a good thing because he would "Bring the Revolution". But then again Susan and fellow millionaire Marianne got a huge tax cut. nitter.vloup.ch/JusticeDemWatch/…

I am grateful to see the responses in this thread that restore a fanciful thought to the reality of the time. Especially the ones that remind the author about the great financial collapse of 2008. It wasn't time to codify Roe for Christ's sake it was time to save the economy.

It stands out that you aren't upset women's right have been stripped. Rather, you are upset that we have come for those like you & Susan who have helped the GOP and the Regressives speed the process up. We see you both and we hold you accountable

We were all fooled by Obama. We assume because he was black he would be Progressive in nature he was not. The black community kept waiting for brother Obama to come speak with us and tell us how he's going to lift us up never happened. Now we know better. Deeds not talk.

There is enough rightly earned scorn for all of you. My daughter and granddaughters will remember. You helped turn America into a third world country.

Have you ever had a thought that wasn’t completely detached from reality?

White Women like Marianne Williamson are the reason why we’re in this mess today. They love to blame Black people for sh*t they could’ve prevented. 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

Technically a super majority is 67 seats in the Senate. He had 60 seats for 72 days, not all consecutively. In that time he passed ACA. Stop blaming the Black Man for the failure of White Women to protect their own rights in 2000, 2004, 2010, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020.

He had the same supermajority comprised in part of 10 conservative Dems who barely supported financial recovery and affordable healthcare. They did not support abortion rights either.

They keep blaming Susan for everything that goes wrong. I didn't see her name on the ballot.
