It’s been ratified but they’re arguing about a stupid arbitrary deadline. Surprised at DOJ though. Well not really.

I am in shock - why isn’t #Congress acting on this asap? “Congress must now remove the arbitrary ratification time limit and eliminate any doubt that the ERA is now the 28th Amendment to the Constitution.”
