Except there are 2 Dinos and 50 #Republifascists who will not allow that to happen ... however, if the GOP takes back the Senate after the Nov election, you can safely bet your last dollar that McConnell will eliminate it on Day One of the next term.

The current bill Democrats have is more extreme than any other developed country, legalizing all abortions until birth with public funding. We need a compromise to have bills similar to the rest of the world. Limits after the first trimester.

They're a Big Tent party, which means no they can't. They don't have the votes. They let too many right-wingers into the party to codify anything.

This is bigger than just Roe, this is about the 14th amendment.
